县级中医医院大多建院较晚,建院后的几年来,虽然是内外齐上,全面发展,但主要是抓了外缘建设,诸如基本建设、院容院貌等。显然这些工作都是完全必要的。目前工作的重点大都开始向内涵建设转移。内涵建设是医院生存和发展的根本,而科技兴院既是医院内涵建设的重要内容之一,又是医院发展的一项重要策略。对此略陈管见如下。
Most of the county-level TCM hospitals were built later. In the past few years after the establishment of the hospital, although they were developed both internally and externally and developed in an all-round way, they mainly focused on the construction of the outer zone, such as the basic construction and the appearance of the courtyard. Obviously these tasks are absolutely necessary. Most of the current work began to shift to the connotation. Connotation construction is the foundation of the survival and development of hospitals, and the establishment of science and technology hospital is not only one of the important contents of hospital connotation construction, but also an important strategy for hospital development.
