急性白血病根据症状,体征及实验室检查诊断一般并不困难。但临床上有些病人表现不典型或某些症状突出,掩盖了白血病的其他症状,可贻误诊断。我院近年先后收治6例急性白血病,临床表现(或复发表现)特殊,现报告如下:
Acute leukemia based on symptoms, signs and laboratory tests are generally not difficult to diagnose. However, some patients with atypical clinical manifestations or some prominent symptoms, covering other symptoms of leukemia, can delaying the diagnosis.
