SS_3型电力机车的电子控制部分,在运行中一旦出现故障,如处理不当易引起机车事故。在我段使用的SS_3型机车,由于6~#板印刷电路板结构上的缺欠而烧损多块。6~#板烧损的原因是,印刷电路板上的310线和314线并行从电容6C_1、6C_2的下边经过,电容6C_2的下边又有700号负线。机车运行中振动大,使得电容6C_1、6C_2和印刷电路板间有摩擦,破坏了电容外壳上的绝缘膜和印刷电路板上的绝缘漆,造成314线或310线与700线短路而烧损印刷电路线路,或使314线和310线烧联在一起。
