高雪氏病是一种少见的葡萄糖苷脂代谢性疾病。本文报告 2例，并复习了 1980年以来国内外文献收集的 45例高雪氏病，结合我院病例对其临床表现及病理表现，诊断及鉴别诊断，治疗和预防进行讨论。
Gaucher’s disease is a rare glucide metabolic disease. This article reports 2 cases and reviews 45 cases of Gaucher’s disease collected in literatures at home and abroad since 1980. The clinical and pathological findings, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the cases were discussed.
