为提高侧钻定向井的产液量,实现侧钻定向井的综合经济开采,采用了新型的机械采油方式,即螺喷泵采油技术。螺喷泵采油技术的工作原理是:螺杆泵排出的高压动力液经油管到达喷射泵,地层液在压差的作用下进入喷射泵并与动力液混合后,经排出口进入油套环形空间。混合液到达井口后进入分离器进行油水分离。分离出的油直接进计量间,分离出的水作为吸入液进入螺杆泵吸入口。实践表明,螺喷泵采油技术与其它机械采油方式相比,能明显加深泵挂深度,提高油井产液量,具有设备简单、造价低、参数调整容易的优点。
In order to increase the liquid production rate of side-drilled directional wells and realize comprehensive economic exploitation of side-drilled directional wells, a new type of mechanical oil recovery method, that is, screw jet production technology, is adopted. Spiral jet oil production technology works are: high pressure fluid discharged from the screw pump to reach the jet pump through the tubing, formation fluid in the differential pressure into the jet pump and mixing with the dynamic fluid through the discharge port into the oil ring annular space. The mixture reaches the wellhead and enters the separator for oil-water separation. Separation of the oil directly into the measurement room, the separation of water as a suction liquid into the screw pump inlet. The practice shows that compared with other mechanical oil recovery methods, the screw jet pump oil production technology can obviously deepen the pump hanging depth and increase the oil liquid production volume, and has the advantages of simple equipment, low cost and easy parameter adjustment.
