本文应用碱性单个细胞微量凝胶电泳测试技术对1,1-二氯乙烯致大鼠肝细胞DNA损伤进行了研究,结果显示:1,1-二氯乙烯可引起肝实质性细胞DNA链的断裂,而且发现肝实质性细胞较非实质性细胞敏感。结果还表明,单个细胞微量凝胶电泳技术是一项非常敏感的测试哺乳动物细胞DNA损伤的方法。本文还就1,1-二氯乙烯致肝细胞DNA损伤的可能机制进行了讨论。
In this paper, alkaline single cell gel electrophoresis test technique was used to study the DNA damage induced by vinylidene chloride in rat hepatocytes. The results showed that vinylidene chloride could induce hepatocyte DNA chain Fracture, and found that liver parenchymal cells than non-essential cells sensitive. The results also show that single-cell microgel electrophoresis is a very sensitive method of testing for DNA damage in mammalian cells. This paper also discussed the possible mechanism of DNA damage induced by vinylidene chloride in hepatocytes.
