对热处理工艺过程的资源环境属性进行综合评价能够有效地指导工艺生产过程的绿色化改进。本文在研究热处理工艺过程资源和环境属性的基础上,将GA优化的BP神经网络系统应用于热处理工艺的绿色性评价系统中,建立工艺过程的绿色性评价模型,并对模型求解方式进行了研究,用matlab进行编程求解。用实际案例证明本文所述评价方法的可行性和正确性。
Comprehensive evaluation of the resources and environmental attributes of the heat treatment process can effectively guide the green process of production process improvement. Based on the study of resources and environmental attributes of heat treatment process, this paper applies GA-optimized BP neural network system to the green evaluation system of heat treatment process, establishes the green evaluation model of process, and studies the model solving method , Using Matlab programming solution. The practical case is used to prove the feasibility and correctness of the evaluation method described in this paper.
