着经济制度的不断改革,在党十八大之后,在全国范围内提倡节能节约的背景下,在林业企业中加强对资金的控制,合理运用林业企业资金是一个值得讨论的问题。对我国国情来说,一般林业企业均属于国家企业事业单位,均有一定的内部管理经验,但执行力尚有欠缺,制度上仍有一定的缺位,需要进一步加强对内部的控制。随着国家逐渐对林业企业放松管制,在改革阶段,许多林业不断的摸索转型中前进,市场化的情景下,林业企业必须改变以适应市场需要,获取市场份额,争取利润利益。
