Through the analysis of seven typical gold deposits in the famous tungsten-tin mining area, the authors discuss that the gold deposits are related to the granitoids in moderate oxidation states, and the metal combinations are Bi, W, As, Sn, Mo, Te, Sb, The tectonic setting of its output includes the craton, continental margin, back-arc basin or land-continent collision zone. The main mineralized forms are vein-to-reticular, and the chemitherite-like disseminated and brecciated The alteration of the surrounding rocks includes potassium feldspar, sodium feldspathization and sericitization. Most of the inclusions are low salinity and rich in CO2, but very few are of high salinity. This type of gold deposit is lean sulfide type (<3%) and is mainly pyrite and arsenopyrite. Due to the close coexistence of gold and bismuth, Au has a positive correlation with Bi and Te, but is usually not related to W, Sn, Mo and Sb
