比较中国和澳大利亚两国医院组织管理模式和医院管理者角色的差异,阐述“分权型”加“职业化院长”模式与“集权型”加“专家型院长”模式的各自特点。提出在社会经济发展、深化卫生改革、以及加入WTO对医疗卫生行业的影响等内、外部环境变化的压力下,中国卫生管理职业化队伍的建设是一种必然的趋势。
Comparing the differences between the organizational management model of hospitals in China and Australia and the role of hospital administrators, the characteristics of the “decentralization type” plus “professional dean” model and the “centralized” plus “expert dean” model are described. It is proposed that under the pressure of internal and external environmental changes such as social and economic development, deepening health reforms, and the impact of China’s accession to the WTO on the health care industry, the construction of a professional team of Chinese health management is an inevitable trend.
