非物质文化遗产项目存续传承状况的量化评估,是非遗保护工作的一项新命题,本文以侗族大歌为基础研究案例,通过制定侗族大歌传承人生存状况和项目传承状况的量化评估标准,用定性定量相对客观的科学分析方法,建立侗族大歌传承人的传承评价体系,并通过这个评价体系来分析和判断项目的传承安全评估等级,最终衡定项目的保护传承状况。也期待以此方法来评价非物质文化遗产中的传统音乐乃至门类众多的非物质文化遗产项目,以实现对非物质文化遗产的分类分级有效保护。
The quantitative assessment of the inheritance status of intangible cultural heritage projects is a new proposition of non-heritage conservation work. This paper studies the case based on Dong folk songs. Through the development of the quantitative evaluation criteria of the surviving status of the song of the Dong nationality and the inheritance of the project, Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the succession and appraisal system of Dong folk song successors is established. Through this evaluation system, the inheritance and security assessment level of the project is analyzed and judged, and the status of protection and inheritance of the project is finally determined. This method is also expected to evaluate intangible cultural heritage in the traditional music and even a wide range of intangible cultural heritage projects in order to achieve classification and effective protection of intangible cultural heritage.
