对两台已存在泄漏的立式常压储罐进行了声发射监测,目的是找出罐底板的泄漏位置,以指导检修工作。对其中一台储罐的监测是在充水试验条件下进行的,另一台则是在渗漏过程中的在线监测,不同的监测方式均得到了较满意的检测效果。
Acoustic emission monitoring was carried out on two conventional atmospheric storage tanks that had been leaked to find out where the tank floor was leaking to guide overhaul work. The monitoring of one of the tanks was carried out under water-filled test conditions while the other one was on-line monitoring during the leakage process. Different monitoring methods were more satisfactory.
