与市场需求增速相比,我国工程塑料产能增长更为迅速,但是仍然无法完全满足国内需求,需要从国外进口。中国化工信息中心咨询事业部副总经理方巍表示,有些品种国内技术水平不够、无法生产,必须从国外进口。数据显示,通用工程塑料产能的复合年均增长率为39.8%,其中PC、PBT产能的复合年均增长率分别为116.5%、23.9%,通用塑料自给率从11%增长至31%。2009~2015年,通用工程塑料产能的复合年均增长率为7.6%,PC和PBT仍是主要增长点,2015年自给率将提升至41%。
