球结膜鳞状上皮纲胞癌并不多见。兹将我院收治的一高龄病例报告如下。患者蒋某,男,78岁,于1977年底开始左眼疼痛,次年8月来院诊治。检查:左眼结膜水肿,血管增粗,鼻上方球结膜有一黄豆大小菜花状新生物,活检报告为结膜鳞状上皮癌Ⅰ级。患者拒绝治疗,后因剧痛难忍遂于1979年8月23日入院接受治疗。体检除老年性改变外,未见明显异常。眼部检查:右眼视力0.1,角膜老年环,晶体混浊,眼底窥视不清,眼压2.30kpa;左眼无光感,眼睑肿胀,眼球固定,鼻侧球结膜一栗子大小菜花状新生物盖
