气温变化对熔模铸件表面粗糙度的影响

本文分析了春夏季溶模铸件表面粗糙度低的原因,其一是涂料由于Na~+浓度增加而屈服值增高,其二是粉液比增大。

This paper analyzes the reasons for the low surface roughness of the mold-castings in spring and summer. The first is the increase of the yield value of coatings due to the increase of Na ~ + concentration and the increase of the powder-liquid ratio.
