目的了解和掌握重庆市涪陵区碘缺乏病防治现状,为当地政府制订防治措施提供依据。方法2008年在涪陵区新妙、石沱、珍溪等3个乡(镇)开展调查;采集7~11岁学生、哺乳期妇女尿样,采用过硫酸铵消化砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘;在抽取的学校5年级学生中开展碘缺乏病防治知识问卷调查;同时在各乡(镇)采集食盐和饮用水,盐碘含量检测按GB/T13025.7-1999直接滴定法,水碘按GB/T5750.5-2006硫酸铈催化分光光度法检测。结果涪陵区新妙、石沱、珍溪3个监测点居民饮用水碘含量均<10μg/L;学生尿碘的中位数是166.05μg/L,哺乳期妇女尿碘的中位数是143.4μg/L;盐碘的合格率是92.03%;学生对碘缺乏病防治知识的知晓率为92.42%。结论重庆市涪陵区属于缺碘地区,通过食盐加碘,学龄儿童和哺乳期妇女碘营养状况可达到适宜水平。
Objective To understand and master the status quo of iodine deficiency disorders in Fuling District of Chongqing, and to provide basis for local governments to formulate prevention and control measures. Methods In 2008, three villages (towns), such as Xinmiao, Shituo and Zhenxi in Fuling District were surveyed. Urine samples from 7 to 11 years old and lactating women were collected. Arsenic and cerium catalyzed by ammonium persulfate digestion were used to determine urine Iodine; in the fifth grade school students to carry out prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disease knowledge questionnaire; at the same time in the township (town) to collect salt and drinking water, iodine content detection by GB / T13025.7-1999 direct titration, water iodine According to GB / T5750.5-2006 cerium sulfate catalytic spectrophotometric detection. Results The iodine content of drinking water in residents of Xinmiao, Shituo and Zhenxi in Fuling was <10μg / L, the median of urinary iodine was 166.05μg / L, and the median urinary iodine of lactating women was 143.4 μg / L; salt iodine pass rate was 92.03%; students awareness of iodine deficiency disorders prevention and control of knowledge was 92.42%. Conclusion Fuling District of Chongqing belongs to iodine-deficient area. Iodine nutritional status of school-age children and lactating women can reach the appropriate level through salt iodization.
