十八大报告对文化建设高度重视,提出了“推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮,提高国家文化软实力”、“扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设”的宏伟目标和重大任务。广西的发展,要以党的十八大为动力,做好增强广西文化创造活力的各项工作:一是要结合“学习践行广西精神”活动,焕发广西文化创造活力;二是要大力发展哲学社会科学,提升人民大众的文化科学综合素质和能力;三是要深化文化体制改革,进一步解放和发展文化生产力;四是要加快发展文化产业,壮大文化实力。
