Vanessa Monroe is a visual artist who draws inspiration from the world around her.Monroe has a slight intellectual disability,the result of a rare genetic disorder.But that hasn’t stopped her from creating many delicate and complicated works that are in high demand at home as well as overseas.“I started drawing watercolors when I was 2 or 3.I just love art,”she said.
