目的鉴别酸藤子的生药学特征。方法对药材进行基源鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别。结果酸藤子根木栓层内壁增厚,似石细胞样,内皮层细胞较小,内含棕色物,射线中可见类圆形的油细胞;茎、叶横切面均有离生式分泌腔;叶表面可见腺鳞。粉末中可见棕色块、油细胞、晶鞘纤维、草酸钙方晶、腺鳞等。黄酮类化合物的理化鉴别为阳性反应,薄层可检出芦丁斑点。结论所用方法可为酸藤子药材的鉴别和开发利用提供依据。
Objective To identify the pharmacological characteristics of acid rattan. Methods Identification of medicinal materials, traits identification, microscopic identification, TLC identification. Results The inner wall of thrombus was thicker, fossil-like, the cells of endodermis were smaller and contained brown matter, the round oily cells were visible in the rays, and the excretory secretory cavity was found in the transverse section of stem and leaf. Surface visible adenosine. Brown block visible in the powder, oil cells, crystal sheath fiber, calcium oxalate crystal, adenosine and so on. Physiochemical identification of flavonoids positive reaction, the thin layer can detect rutin spots. Conclusion The method can provide the basis for identification and development and utilization of acid rattan herbs.
