某些早搏仅在长周期后出现,命之为二联律法则.本文介绍了有关这类二联律法则的多种表现.同时发现:(1)一例短阵性尖端扭转型室性心动过速也具有类似特性,(2)一些早搏仅在短周期之后出现,(3)一些早搏与另一异位冲动(以逸搏或早搏形式)的出现有关,而与前周期长短无关.作者把这些现象命之为二联律法则的变异型。并对二联律法则及其变异型产生的可能机理,心电图表现及临床意义作了简要的讨论。
Some premature beats occur only after a long period and are called the law of conjunct law.This paper introduces various behaviors about the law of such conjoint law, and also finds that: (1) a case of short-acting torsades de pointes bradycardia (2) some premature beats occur only after the short period, (3) some premature beats are associated with the appearance of another ectopic impulse (in the form of escape or premature beats), and not with the length of the previous period These phenomena are the variants of the law of duality. The possible mechanism, electrocardiogram (ECG) appearance and clinical significance of the law of bipartite gene and its variants were briefly discussed.
