为解决基于性能导航(PBN)的平行航路安全性问题,提高碰撞风险模型的精确度,建立以椭球体为原型的Event侧向碰撞优化模型。分析在不同所需导航性能(RNP)条件下的碰撞风险随侧向间隔变化的情况,从侧向碰撞风险的角度评估PBN的平行航路安全性。结果表明:改进后的模型比原长方体模型更加精确,采用A380作为算例计算出的碰撞风险为1.24×10-9起事故/飞行小时;当航空器的导航性能优于RNP2时,可在不增加空域的情况下满足侧向碰撞风险的要求,建立平行航路。
In order to solve the problem of parallel route safety based on performance navigation (PBN) and improve the accuracy of the collision risk model, an ellipsoid-based event-based lateral collision optimization model is established. This paper analyzes the situation that the collision risk changes with the lateral interval under different required navigation performance (RNP), and evaluates the parallel route security of PBN from the perspective of lateral collision risk. The results show that the improved model is more accurate than the original cuboid model. The collision risk calculated by using A380 as an example is 1.24 × 10-9 accidents / flight hours. When the aircraft navigation performance is better than RNP2, Airspace to meet the requirements of the risk of lateral collision, the establishment of parallel routes.
