目的:为饮水中的微囊藻毒素(MCS)监测提供灵敏而可靠的分析方法。方法:水样经固相萃取柱(ENVI-C18,5 g/20 ml)富集,甲醇洗脱和浓缩,用Discovery C18色谱柱(250 mm×3 mm ID;5μm)分离MCS,离子阱质谱检测。结果:纯净水中加入的3种MC的回收率在89.5%~94.5%;RSD为1.25%~2.12%,检出限分别为MC-RR 0.060μg/L、YR0.058μg/L、LR 0.048μg/L。结论:建立的方法快速、准确,能满足测定饮水中MCS的要求。
Purpose: To provide a sensitive and reliable analytical method for the monitoring of microcystin (MCS) in drinking water. Methods: The water sample was concentrated on a solid phase extraction column (ENVI-C18, 5 g / 20 ml), eluted with methanol and concentrated.
