在新的历史背景下,党的十八大与时俱进指明要深入开展为民务实清廉为主要内容的群众路线教育实践活动,确保党的先进性和纯洁性。为了进一步推动公路事业加快转型的发展节奏,公路系统要进一步学习群众路线,统一思想,提高对群众路线的认识,明确转型的公路系统的任务,在公路事业上扎实开展群众教育实践活动,公路部门要把十八大精神内外吸收,抓重点难点,把群众路线深入发展。
Under the new historical background, advancing with the times indicates that the 18th CPC National Congress should deepen the practice of educating the mass line that focuses on practical work and incorruptibility, and ensure the party’s advanced nature and purity. In order to further promote the pace of development in highway construction and speeding up the transformation, the road system should further study the mass line, unify its thinking, raise awareness of the mass line, clearly define the task of transforming the road system, and carry out masses education practice activities on highway projects. We should absorb the internal and external spirits of the 18th National Congress and grasp the key and difficult points, and develop the mass line in depth.
