基于有限变形虚功率增量原理的弹塑性大变形有限元理论,建立了两节点高效率平面应变板壳单元截面分析模型,并应用非均匀有理B样条曲线描述模具截面线进行接触判断,能快速获得较理想的板料冲压成形模拟结果。并以某发动机油底壳为例,把截面分析结果与三维分析结果、实验结果进行对比,验证了截面分析技术的可行性和高效性。
Based on the finite element theory of elastic-plastic deformation of finite deformation virtual power increment principle, a two-node model of high-efficiency plane strain plate element cross-section analysis is established and the non-uniform rational B-spline curve is used to describe the contact of the die cross-section line. Quickly obtain the ideal sheet metal stamping simulation results. Taking the engine oil pan as an example, the cross section analysis results are compared with the three - dimensional analysis results and experimental results to verify the feasibility and efficiency of cross - section analysis technology.
