目的:研究使用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检对肺占位的诊断效果。方法:回顾分析航天中心医院在2017年4月—2019年4月使用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的140例患者相关资料。结果:穿刺成功率为100%。穿刺取得阳性结果137例,阳性率为97.86%。其中检出恶性病例107例(鳞癌25例,腺癌55例,小细胞癌9例,大细胞癌3例,腺鳞癌2例,肉瘤5例,转移性癌4例,胸膜间皮瘤1例,未分化癌2例,类癌1例)。检出良性病例30例(结核6例,机化性肺炎8例,毛霉菌4例,隐球菌3例,炎性假瘤5例,特发性肺纤维化(IPF)2
目的:分析超声和螺旋CT以及腹部X线诊断肠梗阻的临床价值。方法:自2018年1月—2020年3月对滕州市中心人民医院100例肠梗阻患者进行了螺旋CT、X线和超声检查,比较结果。结果:螺旋CT组和超声组的肠梗阻发生的准确率之间没有显著差异,χ2=0.148,P>0.05;螺旋CT组的肠梗阻发生的准确率、肠梗阻部位、原因准确率均显著高于X线组(P<0.05)。结论:超声诊断和螺旋CT诊断具有检测准确率高的优势。

目的:研究影像指导下肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞在原发性肝癌介入治疗中的临床效果。方法:采用医学研究对比法,在我院肿瘤科资料库中选定2020年3月—8月原发性肝癌患者中随机选取80例作为评定样本,依据介入治疗方法不同,均分为参照组和实验组,参照组给予传统治疗,给予实验组应用影像指导下肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞治疗,临床对比两组治疗效果。结果:实验组和参照组在生存质量评分、中位生存平均时间上数值对比分别为(95.10±4.12)分和(83.63±3.51)分、(15.95±2.01)月和(11.83±1.98)月,有统计学意
