为了确认高血压病既存在遗传性左心肥大、也伴有遗传性血管“重塑”以及苯丙氨酸对其逆转效用,对16~20岁少年入选双亲均患本病(FH+组)和无家族史的(FH-组)各21名,前者以苯丙氨酸(1g/d)干预,后者以安慰剂(1g/d)平行对照,观察6个月前后24小时动态血压、超声心动图、前臂静脉阻断式肢体流量和阻力改变等。发现FH+组:①24小时收缩压较高;②心脏、血管均存在遗传性结构异常;③苯丙氨酸干预6个月可有效逆转上述异常。提示本病的防治应从少年开始;遗传性心血管肥大可能是一项预报对本病“易感”的“遗传标记”;苯丙氨酸干预有效,为本病的防治拓开了新思路,提供了新手段
