我国当前正在进行教育改革的相关探索,初中语文教学要始终将新课改的要求作为需要坚持的首要原则,并在此基础上对教学进行创新型探索,从而提高学生学习语文的积极性。教师要想紧跟教育发展的潮流,就要不断反思自己当前的工作,了解自身工作中不符合新课改要求的方面,并及时调整,学会通过激励教育帮助学生寻找学习的乐趣,从而提高初中语文课堂的质量。
