2016年5月27日下午,自治区地方志编委会、自治区地方志学会召开纪念国务院《地方志工作条例》(以下简称《条例》)颁布10周年座谈会。自治区地方志编委会党组书记、副主任、自治区地方志学会会长廖运建,党组成员、副主任、自治区地方志学会副会长刘星,副巡视员、编译处处长、自治区地方志学会副秘书长阿不都肉甫·艾力,生产建设兵团志办公室副主任何喜清和各地州市(县市区)地方志办公室主任、方志科科长150余人参加会议。会议由阿不都肉甫·艾力主持。
