去年以来,陕西各级物价部门认真贯彻省物价局关于物价系统行风建设“五不准”的规定,使干部队伍精神面貌发生了明显改变,在社会上产生了积极的影响。通过实践来看,价格部门要认真落实“五不准”的标准,关键应把好“八关”。 一是要把好定调价关。《价格法》第十条对省、市、县政府的定价权限作了明确规定。各级要严格落实《价格法》关于定价权限的要求,属于本级定价权限范围的,该调价的要及时调价,不属于本级权限范围的,不得随意调定价格。必须严格超越权限调价,违者要追究
