1临床资料患者男,33岁。左侧面部丘疹20天。3年前患者无明显诱因于左面部出现一丘疹,于当地医院手术切除皮损,但未做病检。2年前手术瘢痕处出现一丘疹,行切除术,病理回报:黏液癌。未行放化疗。20天前瘢痕处再次出现一丘疹,遂就诊于本院。全身查体未见异常。皮肤科情况:左侧面部见一长约2cm线形瘢痕,其下方见一米粒大小淡红色丘疹,质地稍硬,表面较光滑(图1)。实验室检查:血尿常规、肝肾功、肿瘤标记物正常,
1 clinical data patient male, 33 years old. Left facial papules for 20 days. Three years ago, there was no obvious incentive for the patient to have a papule on the left side. Surgical removal of the lesion was performed at a local hospital but no disease was detected. 2 years ago there was a surgical scar scar, resection, pathological return: mucinous carcinoma. No radiotherapy and chemotherapy. A papular eruption occurred again 20 days ago and was treated in our hospital. No physical abnormalities Dermatology: The left side of the face to see a linear scar of about 2cm, see below the size of a grain of light pink papules, slightly harder texture, the surface is more smooth (Figure 1).
