前几年,武汉郊区某动物园发生意外。一头东北虎被牵出笼舍跟人合影时,突然伸出爪子抓伤游客。此前就有常德市动物园发生了一起九龄童被两只老虎四分五裂,当场死亡的惨剧。在猛兽伤人的惨剧屡屡发生后,动物园管理者纷纷加强安全防护。人们不仅不再把猛兽放出笼子,还在动物笼舍外加装了隔离带、铁丝网和水泥防护栏。其实,在现实生活中,没有监督的权力又何尝不如同脱笼的猛兽?几千年历史的惨痛教训,让人类明白了
