学校是社区中众多社会组织中的一个,是社区不可分割的一个有机组成部分。江泽民同志曾在《关于教育问题的谈话》中强调:教育是一项系统工程,需要全社会形成合力。学校离不开社区,学校教育必须依托社区,否则,学校便成为脱离社会的“孤岛”。在《幼儿园教育指导纲要中》也明确要求:“幼儿园应与家庭、社会密切配合,共同为幼儿创造一个良好的成长环境”。可见,要办好一所幼儿园,必须努力把幼儿园教育与社区教育相融汇,将社区的一切有利资源转化为幼儿园教育活动

In the “Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline” also clearly requires: “Kindergartens should work closely with families and society to jointly create a good environment for the growth of young children.” It can be seen that to run a kindergarten, we must work hard to integrate kindergarten education with community education and transform all the community’s favorable resources into kindergarten education activities
