与台湾一水之隔的福建,在过去的数年中,是两岸经贸合作与人员交往的重要通道和窗口。最近笔者在这里深深感到:台商赴福建投资的新一轮大潮正在涌起,福建省有关方面为了迎接这一大潮的到来,促进两岸“三通”,巳构筑出闽台经贸合作的新框架。
