痰液检查是肺结核的重要诊断方法之一,同时对诊断肺结核有无传染性具有重要意义。但在临床上部分患者因各种原因未能及时准确采集,既影响疾病的诊断治疗,也不利于肺结核患者的隔离治疗,同时也影响病历质量管理。为了提高痰标本阳性采集率,本科对未及时留取痰标本的患者进行分析,并对存在问题提出了整改措施,取得良好效果,现报道如下。
Sputum examination is one of the important diagnostic methods of tuberculosis, at the same time the diagnosis of tuberculosis is contagious is of great significance. However, in clinical part of patients for various reasons failed to timely and accurate collection, both affect the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, is not conducive to isolation and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, but also affect the quality of medical records management. In order to improve the positive collection rate of sputum specimens, the undergraduate did not analyze the patients who did not take sputum samples timely, and put forward the corrective measures to the existing problems, with good results, are reported as follows.
