“Yellow River Basin Economic Resources Research” is a national key research project. In order to speed up the development and utilization of economic resources in the Yellow River Basin and to study the strategic issues of economic development in the Yellow River Basin, more than 60 scientific and technological personnel from the middle and upper reaches of the basin gathered in Sanmenxia in mid-January of 1990 and all expressed their opinions and suggestions The following questions: the economic development strategy of the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River; how to formulate development plans around the advantages of economic resources in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River;
