本文主要介绍运用“CIEE”教学模式(C=Critical Thinking,I=Integrate knowledge,E=Encouraging teaching,E=Evaluation teaching)来进行高校大学英语教师的专业发展问题研究。文章探讨CIEE模式促进高校英语教师专业发展的必然趋势,结合实践教学,着重探讨CIEE模式下高校英语教师专业发展的策略,通过个案研究型,以辽宁某医学院为研究个案,通过CIEE教学模式中的四个因素,即批判性思维能力、知识整合能力、激励式教学、教师评价。这四个部分在促进英语教师专业化发展中不可缺少,并对高校英语教学质量的提高起到促进作用。
This paper mainly introduces the research on the professional development of university English teachers in colleges and universities by using “CIEE” teaching mode (C = Critical Thinking, I = Integrating knowledge, E = Encouraging teaching, E = Evaluation teaching) This paper discusses the inevitable trend of CIEE model to promote the professional development of English teachers in colleges and universities. Combining with practice teaching, this paper focuses on the strategies of professional development of English teachers in colleges and universities under the CIEE model. Through a case study, taking Liaoning Medical College as a case study and CIEE teaching model The four factors, namely, critical thinking ability, knowledge integration ability, incentive teaching, teacher evaluation. These four parts are indispensable in promoting the professional development of English teachers and promoting the improvement of English teaching in colleges and universities.
