目的:了解我市综合性医院眼科药物的使用和趋势,引导临床合理用药及该类药品国产新品种的开发。方法:对我市四家综合性医院2005～2007年眼科药品来源、金额、数量及厂家等进行归类统计和分析。结果:3年来四家医院眼科用药费用呈增长趋势。主要原因是眼科疾病的高发和进口、合资药品销售上升;抗感染类、抗胆碱类及视疲劳恢复药是眼科的主要用药;青光眼用药和抗炎及抗过敏药销售额增长较快。结论:眼科临床用药应注意费用效果比,国内生产企业应加强眼用药新品种的研发,增强竞争力,满足不同人群的用药需求。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the use and trend of ophthalmic drugs in general hospitals in our city and to guide the rational use of clinical drugs and the development of new domestic varieties of these drugs. Methods: The source, amount, quantity and manufacturer of ophthalmic drugs in four general hospitals in our city from 2005 to 2007 were classified and analyzed. Results: The cost of ophthalmic medicine in four hospitals showed an increasing trend in three years. Mainly due to the high incidence of ophthalmic diseases and imports, sales of joint-stock medicine increased; anti-infectives, anticholinergic and visual recovery medicine is the main ophthalmology; sales of glaucoma medication and anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic drugs increased rapidly. Conclusion: The ophthalmic clinical medication should pay attention to the cost-effectiveness ratio. Domestic manufacturers should strengthen the research and development of new ophthalmic drug varieties, enhance their competitiveness and meet the medication needs of different populations.
