(一)建设部村镇建设司在前两次组织开展村镇规划试点工作的基础上,于1990年8月组织开展第三批村镇规划试点工作,有12个省、自治区、直辖市参加,共作了22个集镇规划方案。承担上述任务的各规划院、所、室及大专院校等单位都比较重视,积极认真开展工作,又快又好地完成了任务。建设部村镇建设司于今年4月14至16日在北京召开了评议会议,评委们认真负责进行评比,从22个集镇规划方案中,评选出获奖方案16个,其中获优秀奖者3个、获佳作奖者10个、获单项奖者3个。至此,全国30个省、自治区、直辖市(不包括台湾)都有了自己的村镇规划的“样板方案”,这对进一步提高全
