财务管控是集团管控的核心控制力,有效的财务管控能够优化资源整合,防范财务风险,实现集团公司的企业价值最大化。如何加强财务管控,本文认为集团公司可以从更新财务管控理念、完善集团信息化建设、强化财务监控力度、构建有效的财务风险控制体系、完善用人机制等五个方面全方位提升集团公司的财务管控水平,保证集团公司的安全、高效、健康运作。
Financial control is the core control of the Group. Effective financial control can optimize the integration of resources, prevent financial risks and maximize the corporate value of the Group.
