本文对一个年生产量为60万吨化工厂的联合制碱项目合成液氨生产过程中的事故易发性进行了分析,该项目中的合成液氨年生产量在20万吨左右,因为合成液氨生产过程中,涉及的危险物质种类较多,且生产过程十分复杂,因而爆炸和火灾事故的发生率也较高。通过合成液氨生产中事故易发性的研究方法,分别探讨分析了生产过程中不同环节爆炸和火灾事故的易发性,并依此为基础探讨了降低合成液氨生产中各类安全事故发生率的相关措施,从而达成安全生产目标。
In this paper, an accident proneness in the process of ammonia production of synthetic ammonia plant in a 600,000-tonne chemical plant was analyzed. The annual output of synthetic ammonia in this project was about 200,000 tons because the synthetic ammonia production In the process, there are many types of dangerous substances involved, and the production process is very complicated. Therefore, the incidence of explosions and fire accidents is also high. Through the research methods of the accident proneness in the synthesis of liquid ammonia production, the feasibility of explosion and fire accident at different stages in the production process were analyzed and discussed respectively. Based on the above analysis, various safety accidents in the production of synthetic ammonia were also discussed Rate-related measures, so as to achieve safety production goals.
