自脱贫攻坚工作开展以来,通化市认真贯彻落实中央和省委的决策部署,采取有效措施,推进精准扶贫。2016年全市已有16583多人实现脱贫,占全市贫困人口的59.1%。凝神聚力狠抓落实通化市委在充分分析和考虑通化市实际的情况下,自加压力,做出了“五年任务、两年完成、两年巩固、一年提升”的决定,即到2017年全市完成脱贫任务(2016年脱贫15893人,2017年脱贫12184人)。同时,努力实现“四个一”的目标,即:带领一批群众脱贫致富奔小康,发展一批脱贫致富项目,扎根一批优秀基层干部队伍,教育一批党员干部。
