零件的平面铣削加工,在汽车生产中占有很大的比重,大的有发动机缸体、缸盖、减速箱体等箱体形零件,小至连杆、支架、瓦盖等中小杂件,都离不开平面铣削加工。我厂由于是新建企业,技术基础很薄弱,铣床部件的通用化、系列化工作没有及时跟上来,以致在前几年的机床设计中,一遇到铣床就得设计非标准的,给设计和生产都带来了不少困难,成为机床设计和制造中的薄弱环节。七三年底我们开始搞组合铣床型谱的制定和系列化设计工作,经过一年多的努力,搞出了一套组合铣床通用部件,两年来我们用这套部件设计制造了几十台组合铣床,用户反映良好。
