减速机轴在使用不到一周发生断裂。这里对断轴的宏观形貌、金相和扫描电镜的微观组织、夹杂物及化学成分进行了检测。结果发现断轴组织内部存在焊接裂纹、夹渣及块状夹杂物等缺陷,这些缺陷形成微小裂纹源,使减速机轴在弯曲旋转作用力下发生疲劳断裂。
The reducer shaft breaks in less than one week. Here the macro-morphology of the broken axis, metallographic and SEM microstructure, inclusions and chemical composition were detected. As a result, it was found that welding cracks, inclusions and massive inclusions existed in the broken shaft, and these defects formed tiny sources of cracks, causing the reducer shaft to fatigue fracture under the bending rotational force.
