本文以实际工程为例,首先分析影响项目进度的施工难点,然后对EPC总承包进度管理措施进行探讨,可为类似项目工程提供借鉴参考。
In this paper, the actual project is taken as an example. Firstly, the construction difficulties that affect the progress of the project are analyzed. Then the EPC management measures are discussed, which can provide references for similar projects.
