当前,国家大力推行教育均衡发展,各地区各学校办学条件和师资水平都有了大幅度提升,但是一些欠发达地区的农村学校,教师工作与生活环境相对单调和贫寒,教师工作积极性仍然没有充分调动起来,部分教师工作消极,缺乏积极进取的精神和竞争意识。教师是培养合格人才的关键。坚持以人为本的管理理念是调动教师积极性的重要保证,科学、民主、高效的管理制度,尤其是有效的激励机制是调动教师积极性的重要手段。那么,如何调动和激发教师的潜能,促进学校工作的全面和谐发展呢?笔者认为可以从以下几点做起。

So, how to mobilize and inspire the potential of teachers to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of school work? I believe that we can start from the following points.
