压力支持通气(Pressure support ventilation,PSV)又称吸气辅助自发呼吸(inspiratory assist orassisted spontaneous breathing)和吸气压力支持(in-spiratory pressure support,IPS),是八十年代初引入现代呼吸机的一种较新的辅助通气方式。虽然用于临床的时间不长,但更新的成人呼吸机上几乎都具有PSV功能,且已成为临床上最常用的通气方式之一。关于其临床应用,具有确切科学证据的论文并不多。本文的目的在于综述近年来报道的有关文献,为临床合理应用提供依据。
Pressure support ventilation (PSV), also known as inspiratory assist orassisted spontaneous breathing and in-spiratory pressure support (IPS), was introduced in the early 1980s as a modern ventilator Newer methods of assisted ventilation. Although not used clinically for a long time, almost all of the newer adult ventilators have PSV function and become one of the most commonly used ventilation methods in the clinic. There are not many papers with exact scientific evidence about their clinical application. The purpose of this article is to review the literature reported in recent years and provide the basis for the clinical rational application.
