目的了解河南省市售茶叶中农药残留现状和污染情况,为食品监督和标准制定提供依据。方法抽取3个茶叶原产地和主要销售城市的200份茶叶,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定11种农药的含量。结果 200份茶叶样品均检出农药残留,联苯菊酯的检出率最高,为59.5%;其次为虫螨腈和氯氟氰菊酯,检出率分别为46.0%、29.0%,但均未超标。结论 2015年河南省市售茶叶中,检测的11种农药中虫螨腈、联苯菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、茚虫威的检出率高,而且1份样品中检出多种农药,说明茶叶中农药残留问题严重,需要加强农药的市场管理,并对茶农进行安全喷洒农药的技术指导。但所检茶叶中农药残留未发现超标现象,说明茶叶中所检11种农药质量安全。
Objective To understand the current situation and pollution status of pesticide residue on tea in Henan Province and provide basis for food supervision and standard setting. Methods Three tea origins and 200 tea leaves were collected from major cities in China. The contents of 11 pesticides were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results Pesticide residues were detected in 200 tea samples, with the highest detection rate of 59.5%, followed by carbamase and cyhalothrin, respectively, with detection rates of 46.0% and 29.0%, respectively Not exceeded. Conclusion The detection rate of ciclopirox, bifenthrin, cyhalothrin and indoxacarb in 11 kinds of pesticides tested in Henan Province in 2015 was high, and a lot of pesticides were detected in one sample , Indicating that the problem of pesticide residues in tea is serious, the market management of pesticides needs to be strengthened, and the technical guidance for safe spraying of pesticides to tea farmers should be provided. However, the inspection of pesticide residues in tea did not find excessive phenomenon, indicating the quality and safety of 11 pesticides seized in tea.
