村级财务管理是新农村建设的一个重要方面,先提出了农村财务管理方面的问题,再进一步阐述了导致问题产生的原因,最后就如何强化规范村级财务管理提出了相关建议。
The village-level financial management is an important aspect of the new rural construction. It first raises the rural financial management problems, and further elaborates the causes of the problems. Finally, some suggestions are put forward on how to strengthen the regulation of village-level financial management.
