一、拥有实践智慧是参与立法的基础律师作为法律服务者,维护法律的正确实施、维护社会公平正义、维护当事人的合法权益是律师的职业属性。随着时代的进步、经济的发展,律师在社会生活中扮演着越来越重要的角色:纷繁复杂的社会生活已经给律师提供了越来越广阔的舞台,律师已经成为建设社会主义法治国家的一支重要力量。笔者在多年的法律服务实践中深切感到:作为律师不仅要有实践智慧,更要有强烈的社会责任感,而这种责任感就是为完善社会制度而努力。构建美好的社会制度是全社会共同的责任,也是律师的最高社会价值。
