目前中国海油拥有海上平台约180座,新建平台年年增加,海洋平台建造已经逐步形成标准化、规范化,中国海油要实现“二次跨越”并可持续发展,在面向深水油气勘探开发的同时,也要致力于浅海平台作为基础的持续发展。本文主要介绍的是辽东湾浅海海域锦州9-3油田首个浅水浮托平台所支撑异形导管架(一座8腿导管架中间用辅助框架连接,安装后拆除形成两个独立4腿导管架)辅助框架建造和海上安装拆除的重点控制方向。
